One off visit to the Cowal Peninsular

A one off visit today to a small school right at the mouth of the River Clyde. The playground backed onto the rocky foreshore, with pupils able to enjoy a spectacular view from the Scottish mainland past the Isle of Great Cumbrae and across to the the Isle of Bute, where we were just last week. We dealt with the full range of ages today, but it’s such a pleasure to work in more depth with the whole school. The Nature of Light module went down well again today, and is proving a firm favourite with pupils. A couple of weeks off now, and then it’s down to Guernsey, Sark and Jersey – a long trip.
